Q: I can't hit the ankh button to open the little pyramid in The Temple of Horus. Am I just uncoordinated?
A: Basically, yes. It takes a little timing to hit this thing right. Here's a couple of hints:
Q: I've tried for hours, but I can't solve the 3x3 floor puzzle in Egypt. I'm going to start breaking things now.
A: I completely sympathize with you. This puzzle is a bitch. As per the walkthrough, there's a clue in the Temple of Naos showing 3 combinations. As far as I can determine, the combination that works out of these 3 is randomly determined (though it may be something subtle like with the diary/treasury key puzzle). Just keep trying those combinations.
Q: The door in the Chamber of the Sun (Hub 3) won't open, even though I've correctly set the sundial in the Temple of Light. Why not?
A: This may or may not be a bug. I've never experienced it, but I've seen this question a lot. One suggestion: You have to press on the door in the Chamber of the Sun to get it to crumble; it won't open on its own.
Q: When I stand in the lap of the giant Pharaoh statue (Shrine of Naos map) I can see a small door up above, but can't get to it. What's up there?
A: Nothing. Really. There's nothing up there and really no way to get there short of cheating. The most common hypothesis is that it's a respawn point for multiplayer games. Don't worry about it.
